Since I posted it in my LJ, may as well post it here so you kids all know the deal.
Steffy was sexually assaulted at Grandin. Fan-fucking-tabulous. Here's a letter I wrote to the Catholic School board describing the incident, so you kids can see what happened...(if you can read this whole entry, I applaud you. Its freaking long.):

My friend (yes, actually my friend, not that silly hypothetical thing people do), Steffy, was alone in the classroom at the end of the day, and, well, I'm just going to cut and paste her description of the events for you, so I don't leave anything out (and also, because I am lazy):
"I was in mr bells room with JF [first name], a new student whos been there for only half a week actually met him yesterday...so today we ended up playing a game on the computer and both of the teachers left and JF had his hand on my thigh, I thought nothing of it cause he did it to nicky [other friend]. but anyways he started to move it up my shirt and played with my boobs..well at this point i was shocked and really f-cking scared to do anything. he reached around and undid my belt and my button i was scared to slap him thinking he might do something..so he told me to stand up and now hes trying to finger me and hes playing with it..so thank god mr. bell came back and i went and did my work away from JF. I couldn't stop shaking after."
Yes. So. He sexually assaulted her. My friend's father emailed Mr. Bell, the teacher, and all that was done is the student, JF, is not allowed to be in the same room as Steffy, but only in that one teacher's class. This student is also in Steffy's art class now, and nothing is being done there. He has also done things like this before, although on a lesser scale (touching girl's breasts through their shirts, touching their arse, etc). These girls have not felt the need to do anything about it, but obviously it was building up to this.
He was in the past in a car accident, apparently, and went into a coma. As a result, he has suffered some brain damage, which I am told causes him to have trouble walking and speaking properly. Assuming this, it seems that this brain damage he attained only affected his motor skills, and not his morals or sense of right or wrong, so I am not sure how this would affect legal action, or if it did only affect his motor skills.
I was planning to get him expelled via the following means (yes, I wrote this down before):
'Protests, petitions, and possibly the media, if they're interested in the story.
Inform parents of students of the incident, and the previous ones, and get their support.
Get them to threaten to remove their children from the school unless the student in question is expelled permanently. School will be pressured from the bad publicity, and the threats of parents, and will reason that, instead of losing dozens of students, they can just lose one. Expulsion of JF as a result.'
Now, I'd like to get some advice from you on whether or not we should take this route to get him expelled, or should we do something else entirely? And how could she get started on legal action? Would it be possible to get him registered as a sex offender? And anything else you could advise would be appreciated.

Get asshole violator in Grandin expelled.
Via what means?:
Protests, petitions, and possibly the media, if they're interested in the story.

Legal action. See if its possible to rip out his petuitary gland.
